Babylon's Inferno
Classes
Babylons Inferno have been hosting workhops and teaching courses in the Art of Poi dancing for over a decade. A workshop requires at least an hour and a half, equipment is provided.
Classes are run over eight weeks, with the aim to teach, ribbon dancing, LED performance and fire dancing. In order to book a course with us, you must have at least eight participants and a venue, we are happy to travel to your community.
Children
Beginners
Our classes suit children from the age of eight upwards. There is no special skill required, nor a back ground in dance. It is taught to both boys and girls.
It is an excellent form of exercise and group bonding.
Children learn how to use glow poi, for dancing.

Advanced
Designed for teenagers, to learn how to perform with LED poi, to a piece of music.
Changing from movement sets, to dancing.
Perform a show, upon completion of course.
Adults
Beginners
Adult workshops are designed for fun, exercise, and to teach a basic understanding of fire dancing using ribbons, and soc poi.
No special skill is required prior to workshop.
A course, is designed to teach a selection of moves using LED poi and ribbons. Also included are fire safety lessons, for performing with fire.

Advanced
Advanced day workshops, focus in on moving with music, and creating flow between set movements and tricks.
Advanced classes, deal primarliy with fire dancing. Included are fire safety guidelines, stage construction, and coordinating a performance.
